- Perform administrative tasks such as patient registration, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the clinic.
- Assist with the preparation and serving of meals to patients, if applicable.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
