Design and develop high-performance silicon solutions,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success,Conduct research and development to stay ahead of industry trends,Optimize silicon designs for performance, power, and area,Work with foundry partners to ensure successful tape-outs,Develop and maintain documentation for silicon designs,Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing,Participate in on-call rotations to support production issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field,5+ years of experience in silicon engineering,Proficiency in silicon design tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics,Strong understanding of digital and analog circuit design,Experience with advanced process nodes (e.g., 7nm, 5nm),Knowledge of verification methodologies and tools (e.g., UVM, SystemVerilog),Familiarity with power analysis and optimization techniques,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
