📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the localization of automotive parts in Indonesia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Lead supplier quality initiatives, working closely with suppliers to improve part quality and reliability.
- Optimize parts development processes, implementing best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that parts meet the highest quality standards and are ready for market.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of automotive parts.
- Monitor and analyze parts performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automotive parts development and localization.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive parts development, supplier quality initiatives, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading supplier quality initiatives and optimizing parts development processes.
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools, such as SAP, PLM systems, and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to travel to supplier locations and customer sites as required.
