📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and submission of bids and tenders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and market trends.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information for bid preparation.
• Monitor tender deadlines and ensure all submissions are made on time.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of procurement strategies and policies.
• Provide administrative support for procurement and tender processes.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, tendering, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and tendering procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar procurement software is a plus.
• Knowledge of English is a must, with Indonesian language skills being an advantage.
