📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of baristas to ensure high-quality coffee service.
• Oversee daily operations at multiple locations, ensuring consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Lead training sessions to upskill your team and improve service standards.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to implement and monitor strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry, preferably in coffee or beverage.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in coffee quality or barista training is a plus.
