📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.,Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and to support the school's mission and goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods, technologies, and best practices in the field of education.,Participate in school-wide events and activities, as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.,Promote a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in education, or a related field, is required.,A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant field is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.,A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing quality education to all students.,The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to support the school's mission and goals.,A valid teaching license or certification, as required by the relevant authorities.,Fluency in the Indonesian language is required.,Experience in using educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
