Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, answering their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a professional and friendly manner.,Assist clients with personal loan applications, including gathering necessary documentation, explaining loan terms and conditions, and guiding them through the application process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and loan applications.,Collaborate with the loan processing team to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.,Promote and upsell personal loan products to clients, while adhering to company policies and regulations.,Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the management team to improve service quality.,Stay up-to-date with changes in personal loan products and services, and provide accurate information to clients.,Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations, including data privacy and security measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.,Valid work permit for Bali.
