As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dialysis services to our patients, ensuring their safety and well-being. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide high-quality dialysis services to patients, including pre-dialysis assessment, dialysis treatment, and post-dialysis care.,Monitor patients' vital signs and health status during dialysis sessions, and intervene as needed.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.,Document all patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.,Educate patients and their families about dialysis treatment, diet, and lifestyle changes.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain and improve clinical skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in a dialysis unit or similar clinical setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Familiarity with dialysis equipment and procedures.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
