📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain customer relationships to increase sales and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Supervise and mentor junior sales staff in Surabaya and Pekanbaru branches.,Manage branch operations and ensure customer satisfaction in Pekanbaru.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the heavy duty truck and equipment industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and customer needs.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations.
