📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.,Train and mentor sales staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in merchandising activities, including product placement and inventory management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
