Warung Citra Auto Service is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable automotive products.,Drive sales by identifying opportunities and negotiating deals.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.,Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Promote company products and services through various marketing activities.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
