Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for open positions using various recruitment channels.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
