📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily business operations across multiple locations in Bali.
• Lead a team of 15-20 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Implement and monitor operational processes using ERPNext and Google Workspace.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly ERPNext.
