📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Promote a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new healthcare staff.,Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is required; English is a plus.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
