📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading a team of tax professionals in ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
• Managing and coordinating tax filings, including corporate and individual tax returns.
• Providing strategic advice on tax planning and optimization.
• Monitoring tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings.
• Preparing and presenting tax reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensuring accurate and timely tax payments and reconciliations.
• Providing training and mentoring to junior staff on tax matters.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and management.
• Professional tax qualification (e.g., CPA, CT, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using tax software and financial systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
