📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the mechanical design, development, and implementation of our projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Mechanical Engineers.
  • Develop and implement best practices for mechanical design and development.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of mechanical systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Participate in project planning and budgeting activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
  • Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
