📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain all accounting records and financial transactions,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits,Monitor and reconcile bank and credit card statements,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions,Supervise and mentor junior bookkeepers,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken
