PT Bumi Property Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Crew to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This is a full-time position located in Gianyar, Bali.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met by following health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.
  • Work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
