📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales and marketing staff.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.,Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tourism industry.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with the tourism industry and Bali's market is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
