📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Backup and restore data as required.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
