Duta Nanda Geprek is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our restaurant sites. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site work with office-based tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of restaurant sites,Ensure all construction projects are completed on time and within budget,Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality materials and services,Inspect sites regularly to ensure compliance with health and safety standards,Manage and mentor a team of construction workers,Prepare and present progress reports to senior management,Ensure all work is in accordance with local regulations and company policies,Handle any site-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards,Proficient in using construction management software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits,Familiarity with food service industry and equipment is a plus
