📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Assist in the training and development of new sales staff.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote sales initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
