📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Bengkulu branch, ensuring that all aspects of the clinic run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and develop a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Ensure that all patients receive high-quality dental care, in accordance with our clinic's standards and protocols.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and grow the clinic's patient base.,Monitor and manage the clinic's finances, ensuring that we are operating within budget and that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant.,Ensure that the clinic is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to patient privacy and safety.,Build and maintain strong relationships with our patients, referring dentists, and other key stakeholders.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure that our team is up-to-date on the latest dental techniques and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting.,A strong understanding of dental procedures and practices, as well as a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of dental professionals.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date on the latest dental trends and technologies.,A valid dental license and any other relevant certifications or qualifications.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a strong focus on achieving our clinic's goals and objectives.
