Lead and manage digital transformation projects from initiation to completion.,Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities.,Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making.,Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation.,Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholder engagement and understanding.,Monitor project progress and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and budgets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on digital transformation.,Strong understanding of banking and financial services industry.,Proven experience in leading and managing projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies.,Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
