This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor sales team members to improve performance and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
