📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Ensure the smooth operation of the IT systems by monitoring performance, identifying issues, and implementing solutions.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of the company's systems.,Train and mentor junior system administrators and IT staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems meet the company's business needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the company's IT infrastructure.,Manage and maintain the company's backup and disaster recovery systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a strong background in Windows Server and Active Directory.,Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure for a medium to large organization.,Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
