📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the health center, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the performance of the health center.
  • Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Ensure the health center meets all quality and safety standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management.
  • Proven track record of managing healthcare operations in a similar setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using healthcare management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare system and regulations is a plus.
