Japan Asia Consultants is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Supervisor to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. As a Finance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. This is a permanent position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment and collection of funds.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure the proper recording and processing of financial transactions.,Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's financial resources.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a financial or accounting capacity.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP or IFRS standards.,Proficiency in using financial software and accounting systems, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
