Salon Wati Tea is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our operations in the beautiful Ubud region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, hospitality, or a related field, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon and tea shop, ensuring that we provide a high-quality experience for our customers. You will also be responsible for managing a team of staff, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon and tea shop, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and set targets for the team.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and enhance the brand's reputation.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail, hospitality, or beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and digital marketing tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
